Ritter Implants believes strongly in our products and their performance and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If an item has not met your expectations within 30 days, you can return the item for a credit.
Within the US: Returned items must be sent via prepaid Regular US Mail with delivery confirmation.
Outside the US: Please contact our customer service department for shipping instructions and always ship goods prepaid. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods Returning” on the outside of the package.
Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.
