March 5-6

"Advanced Full Arch Techniques"

w/HYBRIDGE NETWORK

Hybridge has drawn from its experience - spanning 7,000 fixed full-arch cases over two decades - to identify and address the root causes creating those challenges. The result is a set of tools, techniques, and protocols that will:

Reduce chair time and appointments by 50% or more

Shorten the time to a final prosthesis to just a few short weeks

Simplify cases and make them predictable from beginning to end

Advanced Surgical and Restorative Techniques for Full Arch Cases

1. Using the Initial Records Process to Reduce Total Number of Appointments
Learn to use a comprehensive, initial records process to create a prosthetic vision that will follow the case through surgery and to the final prosthesis, eliminating various verification, try-in, and set-up appointments typical of the restorative phase.

2. Surgical Implications on Case Predictability
Examine the impact various treatment planning decisions have on the cost and complexity of full arch cases, e.g., pre-surgical planning, one-stage vs two-stage surgery, implant selection, interarch space through alveoloplasty and implant positioning and trajectory.

3. Hybridge Conventional Single Stage Protocol
Using a dentate, mandibular case as a baseline, review the restorative protocol used, including the indexing and impression techniques, to minimize the number of appointments necessary to create an exacting final prosthesis.

4. Hybridge XD: From Case Start to Definitive Prosthesis in Three Appointments
Step through the three appointments of the digital protocol: (1) initial records and treatment planning; (2) implant placement and scanning; (3) insertion of final prosthesis.

5. Best Practices for Managing the Complexities of Two-Stage Maxillary Cases
Review an accelerated protocol for the dentate maxilla that substantially eliminates most of the problems encountered in these cases. Includes best practices to ensure proper esthetics and phonetics, as well as impression and indexing techniques to minimize the steps in creating an exacting, final prosthesis.

6. Maximizing Full Arch Patient Opportunities
Use the prognosis of a patient’s current dentition to determine the best treatment options for ideal outcomes and patient satisfaction. Quantify the financial impact of reduced chair time on full arch cases and its effect on productivity and volume.

Believe it or not, even at my level, I felt the thrill and power of the experience. I learned so much, gained the confidence and seriously planning the future with implants. I truly appreciate everyone ,from the learning to the warmth and camaraderie. Felt very fortunate and blessed to be part of this group -who were always thirsty!!!

Dr. Florence Chiang Sacramento, California

This was a life changing experience. Each and every single one was important to me, really important, no exceptions. I’ve leaned something from each of you, since the first until the last day in Santos. And I’d like to say that Dr. Maurice Salama and Dr. Marcelo Silva took the whole course to another level

Dr. Fernando Abutara Brazil

The learning curve was flattened, confidence was boosted, diagnosis and treatment planning skills were expanded. You are so right, every problem seems to be more manageable now and I know I can perform with at a higher level. My patients will benefit. My practice will benefit, My psyche will benefit. I was blessed this past weekend and I look forward to the day when I can pay it forward.

Dr. Terry Council Cypress, Texas

Thank you for an exceptional opportunity to develop my implant, treatment planning and restorative skills. I found the educational experience unmatched in my 25 years of dental practice. The unlimited number of implant procedures, clinical supervision and access to those fabulous materials was " the best". I would be very interested in the Facebook program that you have discussed to share and evaluate with our colleagues cases and techniques that would further our skills. I am very flattered to be a part of this group and would look forward to the follow up in Sept of 2012. I would also like to say that Dr. Marcelo Silva was a most gracious and generous host after you folks left on Sunday. I have never met such a friendly culture in all my life. Thanks again for putting this program together for all of us that attended and I look forward to our next gathering.

Dr. William Conklin Windsor, California
